Delivery

When your order has been posted we will inform you by email. Your order should be delivered within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and are fully insured by Royal Mail and/or ourselves.

Please note that the delivery address must match the cardholders address and Royal Mail will require that the item will be signed for.

Returns
EH Warford offers a no quibble 7-day Cooling off period.
You may return your goods for a refund within seven days of receiving delivery (Excludes Earrings for hygiene reasons).
Goods must be in unused condition and a receipt must be enclosed.
It is understood that the customer is liable for postage costs in BOTH directions.

Your personal information will not be used in any form of junk marketing.
We will not pass on personal information to other companies.
